Future Imaginaries Zine
About
This zine of words and images was co-created by Emerson College students and GreenRoots' Environmental Chelsea Organizers (ECO), as part of the Social Impact Studio "Future Imaginaries: Unwritten Stories of Climate Change and Sustainability."
Physical copies of the zine were made available to attendees of the end-of-semester Planting Futures event on December 13, 2023. The collage pictured was created by student Milani Grossman.

A Look Inside the Co-Creation Process
Social Impact Studios, facilitated by the Engagement Lab, give Emerson students and faculty the opportunity to work directly with local grassroots changemakers to co-create media projects that will make an impact in Boston and beyond.
The Future Imaginaries zine was just one of many projects generated by Fall 2023’s Social Impact Studio "Future Imaginaries: Unwritten Stories of Climate Change and Sustainability" as part of the Transforming Narratives for Environmental Justice initiative.
